Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking with Reneta Cleaning, you agree to the following conditions.

1. About Us

Reneta Cleaning ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is a professional cleaning services provider operating in Switzerland. For any legal enquiries, please contact us at:

2. Services

Reneta Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Home and apartment cleaning (regular and one-time)
  • Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Office and commercial space cleaning
  • Bi-weekly and weekly maintenance cleaning

The specific scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.


3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. Until confirmation is received, the booking remains provisional. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

By submitting a booking, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorised to grant access to the property listed.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our pricing is based on service type, property size, and duration. The final price is confirmed before you complete your booking.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and TWINT.
  • Late payments may incur an administration fee of CHF 20 per reminder.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price applies.
  • No-show (cleaner unable to access property): 100% of the service price will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.


6. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team can access the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible due to reasons within your control (locked doors, no key provided, etc.), the no-show policy above applies.

You must inform us in advance of any special access arrangements, alarm codes, or entry requirements.


7. Our Obligations

Reneta Cleaning commits to:

  • Providing services with reasonable care and skill.
  • Assigning vetted, trained, and insured cleaning professionals.
  • Using safe, eco-friendly cleaning products unless otherwise requested.
  • Communicating promptly about any changes to your booking.

8. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our staff (adequate lighting, removal of hazardous items).
  • Inform us of any special requirements, pets, or allergies prior to the appointment.
  • Make payment by the due date.
  • Not engage our cleaners for direct private work outside of the Reneta Cleaning framework.

9. Damage & Liability

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our cleaning team, you must report it within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of sentimental or exceptional value, or damage resulting from your failure to disclose relevant information.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.


10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Reneta Cleaning and is protected by Swiss intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.


12. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.


14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
