Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning service?

You can book directly through our website by clicking the "Book Cleaning" button. Choose your service type, preferred date, and provide your address. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule or cancel without any charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a small fee.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Zurich, Zug, Aargau, and surrounding cantons. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to contact us.

Pricing & Payments

How is pricing calculated?

Our pricing is based on the type of service, the size of your space (in m²), and the number of hours required. You can get an instant estimate using our online cost calculator on the homepage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and TWINT. Payment details are provided after booking confirmation.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. All costs are shown clearly before you confirm your booking. Cleaning supplies are included unless otherwise specified.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. All Reneta Cleaning professionals undergo thorough background checks and identity verification before joining our team. We take the safety of your home seriously.

Are your teams insured?

Absolutely. All of our cleaners are fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, you are fully covered.

Will I always get the same cleaner?

We do our best to assign you the same professional for recurring bookings. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will notify you in advance.

Cleaning Supplies & Products

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our teams arrive fully equipped. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets.

Can I request specific products?

If you have allergies or preferences, please let us know at the time of booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
